Ethical Trading
Our ethical Supplier Code of Conduct and adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, support ethical workplace practices . Our mills are regularly audited to ensure high standards of ethical and sustainability are consistently met.
Sustainable Cotton
As the first UK trade linen member of the Better Cotton Initiative we've helped train over two million farmers in sustainable farming practices.
Animal welfare
Animal welfare is important to us. We only source European feather and down and work to strict European standards to protect and promote animal welfare. Our predominant supplier is an active member of EDFA - the European Down & Feather Association enforcing good animal welfare products. We only use materials which are a bi-product of the food industry.
Welfare
We have a zero tolerance for child labour. Employees at our family run mills enjoy benefits including life insurance, pensions, medical insurance and free transport.
Transport
We do everything we can to minimise our carbon footprint. We favour sea travel over air and import locally in full container loads wherever possible.
